In 1972, Master Blender Keizo Saji erected Chita distillery on the shores of the Chita Peninsula—dedicated to crafting high-quality Japanese grain whisky. Chita's grain whiskies are renowned for their versatile flavours & exquisite balance, and are often used to "enhance the harmony of Suntory blends". With meticulous research & innovation, Chita's grain whiskies have now achieved a level of complexity that allows them to take centre stage - Bright gold in colour, with aromas of crème brulé, cardamom, honey & rose, a mild & smooth palate with a hint of mint & honey, and a clean, spiced oak finish.
