Description
Hand-harvested sites, aged up to 60 years, create this one-of-a-kind regional blend. Open-fermented on skins for 4-6 weeks, then aged 12 months in new and 1-year-old tight-grained, low-toast French oak, this Barossa Cabernet Sauvignon was crafted with Larry Cherubino's meticulous eye. Ready to cellar for 15+ years, it was bottled in December 2019 with 14.5% alc/vol.
