Description
Quite aromatic, it has a beautifully perfumed nose with gorgeous aromas of peachy fruit and rockmelon predominating, all complexed by the sweet nutty characters from the French oak.
The lovely stone fruit flavours are enhanced by the cashew nut characters, all very well integrated after nearly 7 months on lees. Having all gone through malo, it already has that extra layer of complexity and the “crème brulee” like flavours sit well with nectarine fruit characters with the fine seam of delicate acidity contributing its long flavoursome finish.
