Description
Burst is a kettle sour brewed with base malt, wheat and heavily hopped with Crystal, Amarillo, Hallertau Blanc and Riwaka. We fermented Burst with our expressive house ale yeast along with a magical enzyme which removes all the residual sugar in the beer. This process makes the beer's mouthfeel light and effervescent, like champagne, while also reducing the carbs in the beer to levels similar to alcoholic seltzers! The heavy hopping lends astonishing citrus flavours very reminiscent of lemonade.
